Whether you're an iOS or Android user, the Navigator App gives you access to a wide range of onboard features. View deck plans, select your port arrival time, and discover entertainment, dining, and recreational activities for all ages. You can also reserve shore excursions, book spa treatments, and chat with friends and family aboard using the built-in chat feature, complete with exclusive Disney emoticons!
To get started, make sure your device is in airplane mode before boarding. Once you arrive at the port or board the ship, simply connect to the DCL-Guest Wi-Fi (free when using the Navigator App) to unlock all app features and enjoy the magic with just a few taps!

You can book up to two Character Calls per booking, each from different characters, ensuring even more surprises and excitement.

Booking your Port Adventures ahead of time ensures you don’t miss out on the best experiences. Simply browse, select, and reserve your shore excursions with just a few taps - all from the convenience of your phone!
While the Navigator App uses the DCL-Guest Wi-Fi network free of charge for staying connected with your party aboard, any other internet usage comes with a cost. If you want to contact friends and family back home, share photos, or stream your favorite Disney+ movies, you’ll need to purchase an onboard Wi-Fi package.
Disney Cruise Line offers different packages depending on the internet speed you require. To connect, simply open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App after boarding and tap "Connect to Internet." This will take you to a separate browser where you can view and purchase your internet plan.
